In 2019, the Asian Summer Film Festival has participated at FILMART for tenth year in a row consolidating its role as the nexus between Asian producers and Catalan distributors as well as other local professionals. About 80% of the films programmed at the Asian Summer Film Festival make it to Vic after the annual visit of the programming team to this Asian market fair. Year after year it has become essential to boost the growth and the impact of the festival thanks to the films screened at the Asian Summer Film Festival.

FILMART -Hong Kong International Film & TV Market- is the main market fair of the entertainment industry in Asia. It encompasses all media: TV, digital entertainment, documentaries, distribution, postproduction, shooting localisations, film equipment, communication, funding, etc.
