PLOT

Vampire has been haunting in Hong Kong for centuries. Hiding in this city, there is an official special action unit coping with the Vampire Cleanup Department (VCD). Mr. Vampire is Back! The film is a successful homage to the chinese goofy horror comedies that Hong Kong pumped out in the 1980s and early ’90s.
