PLOT

The Shaw Brothers production company filmed the non-authorised version of King Kong. A Hongkonese expedition discovers a giant gorilla and a wild girl in the Himalayas. They are taken to Hong Kong and in there, King Kong, sorry, I meant, Goliathon escapes. With Toho’s special effects and natural sceneries shot in India, this funny and bizarre remake was another success story by the same company that produced Inframan, also starred by Danny Lee (The Killer) .

映画会社ショウ・ブラザーズが香港オリジナルの『キング・コング』を制作した。ある香港の探検家がヒマラヤで巨大なゴリラと野性の女性を発見した。香港に連れて行こうとするが、逃げてしまう。東宝の特撮映画班の力を借り、撮影はインドで行われた。面白くて常軌を逸したリメークは、ダニー・リー主演の同社の作品『中国超人インフラマン』に続き、人気を博した。
