PLOT

A toy monkey thinks he is the King Sun Wukong. Ridiculed by his peers, he goes to the world portrayed in Journey to the West and embarks on an exciting adventure.

This not so conventional adaptation of a great classic novel sends the message that any hero is, at first, fairly conventional. An innovative film, with a fresh and attractive design, Monkey Magic is one of the most creative versions of the Monkey King.
