PLOT

Takeru Yamato, captain of the Boso Rovers, fights to make his soccer team the best in the city of Kisarazu. To do this, he has the support of all the children of the city and Yatsurugi, the local hero who fights for peace and nature.

Captain Tsubasa has a new rival with this healthy incarnation of Yatsurugi, the favorite superhero of the children of Chiba and every day that of more people. Here he reveals himself as a magician of the ball.
